We want you to love the fabrics you purchase from Meheraz. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
You can initiate a return for your unstitched dress materials for any of the following reasons:

You simply do not like the product.

Size, length, or fabric-cut issues.

The product is damaged or defective.

You received an incorrect item.
Return Window

Return requests must be placed within 5 days from the date of delivery. Requests placed after this 5-day window will not be accepted.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
To ensure a smooth and transparent return process, an unboxing video is strictly mandatory.

You must record a clear, continuous, and uncut video while opening the Meheraz package for the first time.

If claiming a defect or damage, the video must clearly show the issue.

Please note: Your return request will not be approved if an unboxing video is not uploaded at the time of placing the return request.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, the unstitched material must be:

Unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Returned in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.

Not altered or stitched in any way.
Refund Process

Once your return is requested and the unboxing video is approved, we will arrange for a pickup.

Upon receiving the returned item at our warehouse, our quality check team will inspect it.

If the item passes the quality check, a full refund will be initiated to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. (For Cash on Delivery orders, you will be asked to provide your bank account or UPI details for the refund).
